BOOKING A CUSTOM ORDER

I require a 50% down non-refundable retainer to hold your date with the remaining due 2 weeks in advance. If available- orders placed less than a week out will have a 30% of the orders total rush fee added to the total price. 

Orders placed less than 2 weeks out- full payment is due upon booking. 

CANCELLATION

2 weeks of more notice- loss of deposit or full credit for future date.

1 week or less- loss of deposit, remaining balance can be use as credit for future date.

3 days or less- loss of full amount

 

Shipping Our Cookies 

All cookies are individually heat sealed for optimum freshness. I individually wrap each cookie in bubble wrap pack upside up with more bubble wrap and filler paper. I spend extra time to package your cookies so they arrive to you perfect however if in the rare event there is issues, I am not responsible for any damages caused during transit.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 12-14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Sweetems Co.​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns Policy

Returns aren't accepted, Partial Refunds are only made if there was any reason to believe we were at fault for the issue.
